Wow! These are some amazing updates!
Been here for a year now and couldn't be happier. They are renovating the whole building so it's exciting to see the changes unfold. I feel blessed that the maintenance staff is so responsive even though they're so busy! I can pay rent online and management is available by text/phone almost 24/7! I live so close to work, I could walk but the building is so quiet that I can sleep all day!

Reliable and Dependable apartments to stay
This place has been my home for the past 3.5 + years. New renovations done by the new property management look incredibly promising and they have really done a great job to revive this magnificent downtown property to have a new life. If you are coming to this town for work this is a place to stay. All amenities(convenience stores, medical center, elementary/middle and high schools, Library, Churches) are nearby. this property has an in-house Gym, Launderette, proposed Restaurant and bar and all... in all the utilities (Gas and Electric) are included in the rent which is a huge plus. Main plus is it’s vicinity to office (if working for Phillips66, ConocoPhillips, ATT). It takes approx 7 mins to reach office area by walk. This is by far one of the very few apartments that i found very clean with good and professional tenants. Do think of this apartment if you trying to move into Bartlesville and finding a place to stay.
