Showing big improvements I recently reached out to the office because i needed some help with my A/C unit and within 30 minutes of messaging the front office there was a gentleman up to help me. I really appreciated the urgency considering i have a newborn baby and its very important to make sure they don't get overheated. Much appreciated

Packages Packages are being just left in the mail room or the hub. The packages that fit into a locker should be placed in a locker. Those larger packages use to be placed in the room in the mail room. The packages in the room could be picked up during office hours. The office staff unlocks the door during office hours. We need more secure way of our packages not being taken. It seems the problem is just getting worst.
