Abrient app for door lock I called Ambient regarding my door lock. It was on the app but not working. The agent took that item off my ambient app.Both prior and after my, all that the door shows is a red blinking light. The agent said maintenance would need to replace batteries. Then another day I got an email from Ambient saying I should have two green lights flashing and would need a screwdriver to remove the cover. I would like resolution of this issue. Otherwise Trails has been very… response to my needs

Wonderful apartment home community! We love it here! The office and maintenance staff are top-notch and the gated community is quiet, safe and well maintained. The neighbors are all lovely and well vetted… it is close to all supermarkets and restaurants… With easy access to the Turnpike. We’ve been very happy living here.

3 month new resident I transferred from an OKC sister property in March 2026. The intro and entry into The Trails at Aspen Creek was very frustrating and I’m confident not the customer experience a luxury community company strived for. However, the staff worked through the many kinks and once settled, things here have been great. Any requested maintenance has been timely and smooth. A beautiful property and well maintained.
