Love this place The office and maintenance crews are amazing. Professional and polite always and very helpful. Grounds are well kept and pool and common areas are clean and pleasant. I would recommend it to anyone.

Still loving it! This turned out to be a really nice place for us to live. All our neighbors are friendly, the entire facility is clean and people seem respectful of one another all around. Any maintenance calls are returned quickly.

Very pleased to have such a quiet apartment - the walls, ceilings and floors seem to do a great job of isolating sound. Love the landscaping, pond, wildlife and attention that the staff pays to the pool and workout room.

Top notch facility! Good job, Aspen Park!

Consistency and prevention Not having a porter for weeks to months during AC repair season has resulted in lack of grounds upkeep. We are glad to have the new Jonathan who seems to be tackling the long list. Gutters are still full resulting in flooding near or in units. Rather than keep spending on carpet pads and mold removal, why not tackle the source of the problem. The sewage system is the same way. You clean up but the main system must still be clogged. Same for AC condensation… lines leaking into units below. The old and new lawn services overuse weed killer. They killed my two wildflower beds. I raised my other plants in pots, but they killed my sweet potato plant that is in a pot. Rather than trimming between the curb / sidewalk and grass, they used roundup and kill about 4 inch path. Still two broken fence posts at dog park. Wood perimeter fence is in major disrepair. I see you all in golf carts but you have to walk the property to see what I see.

Maintenance is a joke

Ever since I moved in, the maintenance has been a joke. issue after issue, sometimes the same issue. sometimes its days before they respond to a request. I'm currently waiting for the 14 day period to pass in accordance with Oklahoma law. and then I will get a professional out to repair what is needed and then I will give the bill to the office for reimbursement. I'll be glad when my year is up in a few months. I can't get out of here fast enough. A year is enough at this place.
