Ridgewood Village Apartments

There should be a negative star option cuz ive been in apts for 30 yrs and have never come across a place this bad. Dont pay any attention to the good reviews cuz im sure they were paid for to trick potential residents into moving here. Cable and internet are not included so dont buy that nonsense. The internet they "include" is constantly down. From what i hear the cable is the same, but i wouldnt know because even though they said it was included, they never gave it to me and now they jus say... its not in my lease. So I guess im jus a liar, huh? So, why did they give me the wifi password the day i moved in if internet wasn't included? Yeah, that makes sense! The internet is a joke anyway, you cant really use it, either because the connection is like 1 mg, or sometimes they jus dont pay the bill. Power was off at the leasing office for nearly a month cuz they dont pay their bills, and where do u think the router is located? U guessed it. Havent had ac yet, it stays about 80 degrees in the unit and its been more than a month since i put in the request. They jus keep saying the freons on backorder. Not like they couldnt call an hvac company to fix it. We shouldnt suffer jus because you didnt think to order freon ahead of the heat. Looking forward to them triple digits...The courtyard was so overgrown i think one of the residents finally took it upon themselves to push mow the entire property. Thank you whoever you are. Took 3 weeks of constant calling jus to get a friggin mailbox key. This has all been within the first 3 months of moving in. Dont move here you will regret it. Read More

Nobody at the complex seems to care about doing their job. A seemingly simple problem could take months to resolve, and even then still not get resolved. They like to ignore tenants when called leaving us in the dark frequently. The new paint job and plaques they’ve put up have only make the complex look more like a prison and the plaques have cracked the buildings exterior brick walls. What a joke.

The new management team we have is definitely making a big difference in the community. new structure and definitely better communication!

We have lived here for 1 1/2 years. It s a pet friendly property.Now under new Ownership. the new owners have addressed all of our issues in a prompt manner. The onsite manager and the onsite maintenance man are very polite and easy to talk to. For those looking for a quiet and/or family based property. I would recommend this property

New management has done a lot of upgrades and response time has improved significantly. Parking and surroundings are clean and surveillance is 24/7. These are not luxury apartments but for the price they are offered are a great bargain.
