Condo is located close to the pool and courtyard area. Parking permit is required and will be provided for one car but there is plenty of guest parking located in front of the property. There is a bus stop just outside the gates with a Wal-Mart, CVS, and lots of fast food places close by. Water, sewer and garbage are provided. The rent is $850 a month and an $850 deposit with a one year lease, up to 2 cats are welcome with an additional $250 deposit.
