Great place great price Great apartment complex, pets allowed, every unit has washer, drier, and dishwasher. Each unit has storage space. Awesome place to live

I have lived at CrownRidge with my Fiance for almost one year now, we just renewed our lease for another year as well. The apartments are clean, quiet, and very safe. There is almost no noise at any time of day and we have had no issues with any other tenants. The 1 bedroom apartments are not the biggest, but they are nice and updated and feel very homey once they are furnished. If you arrange things correctly it draws away from the smaller size.
Dealing with management here is very easy and... efficient. They listen to any problems you may have and are quick to correct any maintenance issues. Lita is always very friendly and happily greets our dog with pets and treats. Not only is she always in a great mood and seems to really care about the tenants, but it seems very genuine.
The location is good as it is right next to a large walmart and a few restaurants. It is very close to OU campus, but without having to deal with the typical annoyances of living on or right next to campus.

This place looks great from the outside, but you should know a couple of things before you move in:
1) The managers DO NOT CARE about you...apparently they only care about hitting their monthly revenue goals. They ARE NOT responsive to any problems you might have - and that's very frustrating.
2) Me and my neighbors had several things vandalized during the 18 months I was there - this place is not safe!
3) Don't plan on seeing your security deposit again. The new management company will find... ways to keep it and there's nothing you can do about it.
4) They have made "improvements" to the property, but have jacked up their rates accordingly to cover it. They're not doing it for YOU, they are doing it for THEM so they can charge more and increase the rent every chance they can.
There are so many options in Norman to consider - and you should look somewhere else.
