They don't care about maintenance issues
Lived there Several years. You are lucky if they show up to fix an issue, even heat/air. In most maintenance cases you are on your own. Be ready to wait 2 months for your requests.

Awesome Environment, Supportive community
Beautifully forested, caring environment, excellent walk ability and pet space. Have been inspired and relaxed ever since I first came here. It’s enjoyable and very affordable. Beautifully forested, caring environment, excellent walk ability and pet space. Have been inspired and relaxed ever since I first came here. It’s enjoyable and very affordable. The property is so beautiful from the foliage to the architecture. Everyone was so kind and friendly. It was amazing getting to walk to our unit. Like a stroll through the woods.
