Do not live here!! They have bed bugs, and roaches. The entire place smells horrible and the people in the leasing office are unhelpful at best. Save your money and sanity and never rent here

I live in a 1bed, 1bath and the 800 square feet is good for the price. However, the amount of maintenance problems i’ve had since moving in is unbelievable. I’ve had problems with my toilet, shower, water heater, leaking downstairs, and air conditioning. All problems had a different problem/solution on how to fix it every time to where I had maintenance in and out of my apartment for 3 months straight everyday, all the time. Then I had my car window smashed and i spent 2 months trying to get... video footage. Everytime it was a different excuse and a complete waist of time. So that “security system” listed on the website is bullsh*t! I don’t even think the cameras work, but they would rather waste your time and give you every excuse under the sun then tell or help you with anything. At the same time my car window was broken I also found out I wasn’t on the lease I share with my significant other that I did paperwork for in August(apparently I haven’t been on the lease for 6 months!) Additionally, it was not listed that you have to pay for the washer and dryer each time you do laundry. About six months in to our lease we got bedbugs, the exterminator told us he thought they came from our neighbor. After three months of completely ineffective treatments and terrible communication from management they told us they were no longer going to treat for bedbugs because they had done all they can. Also the entire apartment smelt like cigarettes.
