After 2 years living there, I gave them written notice that I would not renew my lease well in advance (before 60 days). Their own text system acknowledged my message and just asked me for the remaining move-out details whenever I had them. I also called the front office to ask about the move-out process and inspections and was told that I could just 'grab' whoever was in the office for a quick inspection on the day of move-out. At no point did they clearly tell me that my notice was being... rejected or that I needed to complete a different form immediately.

Much later, past the 60-days 'deadline', they called me asking if I was ready to renew my lease, pretending I had not informed them of my intent to move-out. Even after showing the text message and listening to the call with their employee, they refused to accept my earlier notice. They claimed my notice didn't count because it was not "formal" and that it was given "too-early", before 60 days.

At the end of the day, I had to pay an extra half month of rent, even though I moved out before the end of my lease. I didn't receive my security deposit back either because the management company changed and should have received it as 'credit' during the transition.

I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere before signing a lease here. The buildings look nice at first, but the management and maintenance situation completely ruin the experience. Maintenance requests take forever or get marked complete when nothing was actually fixed, and communication from the office is inconsistent and unhelpful when issues come up.

They also add random extra charges that are never clearly explained. For example, they charge around $80 per month for trash service and... you are not even given the option to take your own trash to the dumpster to avoid the fee. it’s mandatory whether you want the service or not.

Noise is a constant problem, parking is limited, and common areas are not kept as clean as they should be for the price you pay to live here. The biggest issue is that once you sign the lease, it feels like they stop caring about residents entirely.

For the amount of rent they charge, you can find much better management, fewer hidden fees, and a much better overall living experience somewhere else. I would not renew my lease and would not recommend this complex to anyone. Read More

Friendly staff. Quiet place. Everything downtown is within reach. Great workout facility. Nice pool and lounge areas. Solid place.

The most amazing leasing staff, they’re super helpful and accommodating! Great amenities, and beautiful modern apartment units! Perfect location in downtown OKC, makes every destination easily drivable or even walkable. I would definitely recommend this to someone looking for a place to call home!

Muse is in a great location, close to parks, homeland grocery store and several restaurants and bars, all within about a mile and a half radius.
