Scotsdale Terrace

This place was fantastic. Beautiful balcony and yards. I lived upstairs for 4 years and 5 downstairs.
Great neighbors who have been there forever.
Its against the park for ease of exercising and walking distance from Kennedy Elementary my kiddo walked from.

Only issue I had was some things got pretty worn down before the complex replaced it but they do it before it falls completely apart.
I only left because I bought a home.

Other review not accepted. Maintenace issues have been reported. 2br, w/1 and 3/4 bath not 2 full baths. Fireplace is electric not wood burning but works. In my opinion, they're not worth $950 nor $975. But rent is being raised due to increases everywhere and because they can. The best thing about it is they pay utilities except electric.

Response to issues are prompt. My upstairs 2 bedroom has 1 3/4 baths, 3 piece in master suite., i.e. small shower, sink and toilet. Not aware of any others with 2 four piece bathrooms, i.e. tub, shower combo, toilet and sink, although they may exist. Balcony and patio available. Nice and quiet with excellent tenants.
