Christy is an absolute God send. She's not in the business of evictions. As long as you communicate with her in a timely manner, she is willing to work with you on any issues. Maintenance is competent and timely. The complex is located within walking distance of Walmart, Lowes, Best Buy, and a variety of eateries. Friendly neighbors.
