Ayva at Midtown

Edit: another one of my packages has been stolen. The apartment complex lacks responsibility and sympathy in regards to their community members having items stolen from them.

I’ve lived at this apartment complex since October of 2025. Since living here, the fire alarm has had continual issues where it has gone off without there being an actual fire threat. At one point, the alarm was sounded at 3am with no explanation. The alarm has gone off 5 or 6 times since January of 2026, if not more. Many... people in this complex have pets, including myself, so the alarm is an additional stressor for our fur babies. Several times when this has occurred, management has not been present on the property, so I’ve have to call the fire department myself to have the alarms shut off, even during normal work hours outside of lunch time when management should be present. The apartment complex has made no effort to fix this issue which continues to pose a safety threat for the people living in the complex. Another issue is that there was a series of package thefts from our locked package room about 2 months ago and our apartment complex has neglected to provide us any updates on their search for the culprit. Finally, I pay for a reserved covered parking spot, which often gets parked in by others, and it’s my responsibility to have these cars towed which takes an hour to do, if not longer. The apartment complex does nothing to assist their residents with these parking issues. On 3 separate occasions, employees at the Ayva have parked in my reserved parking spot, who are people you would think would know better. They also allow their maintenance crew and contractors to park in reserved resident spots as well. The units are nice and well kept, and the apartment and shared spaces are kept clean by an amazing cleaning crew. I’ve had several issues with a specific employee where I’ve gone down to the office to ask a question, and when he doesn’t know the answer, he’ll take down my contact info, and never call me back. Really nice community with reasonable pricing for the location. You can walk anywhere in Midtown and Downtown too depending how active you are. You have everything you need right here!

I have lived at two different Scott Group properties. I even moved away due to personal changes and when I returned, went right back to Scott Group hoping they had availability. The property I originally wanted to return to had no availability so I moved to a different one and has been a great experience also. Their staff has always gone above and beyond to take care of me. Highly recommend.

This is the cutest, finest and cleanest me and my partner have yet to find in OKC. We have been so happy to be able to find our home here, Veronica was super helpful through the entire process, maintenance is definitely on top of it and place overall great!
