Hunter's Landing

Friendly landlord and neighbors. Its quiet except for typical apartment noises and my kid being loud probably haha. One of the neighbors is a police officer. I love living here. I know I'll move eventually because I want a bigger place but I feel safe and comfortable here with my kids.

Just moved from there. There is no office there, The new owner is heavy handed and money hungry. They bought the place in May and told everybody they couldn't smoke, want you to pay a non-refundable $125.00 carpet cleaning fee (instead of letting you clean it yourself). I lived there for a long time and the they never replaced the carpet or painted once while I was there. You can't throw away furniture, can't own pets, can't smoke weed even if you have a card, bums sleep in the hallway, people... sell drugs and shoot up the place and they want way too much for rent, after you move in they raise your rent. They are trying to fix the place up for new renters but not for old renters. They are trying to fix it up so they can sell it to someone else for more. Read More
