Great spot in OKC! Walking distance to Bricktown and Downtown OKC. Love living here. The staff is responsive and friendly!

I have lived here for the last 2 years and it has been amazing! The complex is located a short walk away from Bricktown, but is far enough away that the nights are quiet. There is covered garage parking that is gated with plenty of parking. I have met a lot of my closest friends while living here! There are people of all ages from all walks of life living here and everyone is so friendly. It’s a great place for anyone just starting out in OKC to meet people and make friends! Pool time in the… summer is always great and the pool is kept clean! Any time I have ever had to put in a work order, it’s been completed and finished before I return home from work the following day. There are 2 elevators on property to make getting up and down easy. For dog owners, there’s a dog park right across the street with a bar next door so you can grab a beer while taking your furry friend out! I moved to OKC having never been to Oklahoma before and toured a ton of apartments before deciding on Level. I have absolutely loved living here for the past 2 years and don't think there is a better apartment complex, especially in downtown. Garage parking is included in your rent which was not the case at many other places. Never once have I felt unsafe living here especially as a younger female living by herself. You need a key fob to access any of the floors from both the parking garage and… to enter the property. Management and maintenance has always been quick to resolve any issues and are extremely friendly and on top of things. I really feel like a valued member living here. The neighborhood is very walkable and there are always people out and about. Had I not taken a job in another state and was staying in OKC, I would continue to live here. Don’t give this apartment complex a second look. My wife and I were shown an apartment that was “move-in ready” that had water damage that they were obviously not going to take care of before we rented.
We are still waiting for our deposit to be refunded a month later!
Not a management team you want to try to work with!!
