All of the apartments smell like sewage. The water comes out the pipes orange. The floors are mildewed underneath the fake hardwood. Roaches and rodents are everywhere. Management will threaten to kick you out if you report these things or ask maintenance to repair. I wouldn't suggest anyone applying to live here.

Plumbing constantly gets backed up, Central Heat and Air is not reliable and breaks down regularly, the property is always dirty, trash bins overflow with diapers and trash, the management constantly changes, with each new company being worse than the one before. The current property manager is horrible, she is rude, disrespectful, does not try to communicate with you, talks over you during conversations and is poorly trained in customer service and knowledge of the industry. This place is a... nightmare and for what I pay I could be living somewhere much nicer, can't wait till my lease is up.

I've lived at Manchester on May before it was Manchester on May. Back when it was another name it was trashy and the homeless were living in vacant units. Since Manchester on May has opened the Homeless aren't in vacant units. The trash cans are always clean and they are getting ready to open up the pool in a month or so. They are really trying to keep up with the property. Lauren and crew are great landlords.
