    Don’t move here

    Lived here from March 2024 to September 2025. Signed a “18 month lease with concession” which made our rent cheap. The apartment never had running AC, had a condensastion line that flooded the apartment. We had to use our own bucket and sump pump because they never repaired it. That utility closet it was in had black mold, also never remedied. One repair they made the entire time we lived there was a collapsed line that ran to 4 apartments, including ours. Connected our showers. We also had… issues with our rent being consistent with our lease twice and the mgmt at the time tried to tell us it didn’t matter what our lease said. Overall, would not recommend anyone live here.
