Wonderful Place

Montclair Parc is a pleasant surprise! Location is central to many businesses but tucked into a street with many trees and quiet appeal. The community is truly gated. We have been to places before where it’s advertised as gated but the gates never work. If safety is a concern for you it is indeed truly gated 24/7. The staff here are very helpful and responsive throughout the move in process and after. Maintenance requests are addressed in a timely manner. Apartments do not give “landlord… special”. They are clean, put together, and fixes are done right not painted over. I would highly recommend this complex to consider moving into.

Move here!

Montclair Parc is a great place to live! As a first time renter, they have exceeded my expectations. Maintenance are always on time and very precise in their work. The ladies in the front office are always wonderful and are very helpful. I have no complaints!

Great!

This is the best apartment experience I’ve ever had! I lived hear from the beginning of 2024 to March 2025 and couldn’t recommend it more. The front office is awesome and always responsive to any issues I’ve had. The maintenance crew is incredible, I’ve had several minor maintenance issues that are always fixed same day. My heat went out once and they also fixed it the same day. The grounds are very sell kept. 10/10!

No Place Like Home!

Here at Montclair Parc I have had such an easy transition to being by myself! The office staff is great and so helpful, there is no such thing as too many questions with them as they answer them all with a smile! The maintenance team goes above and beyond making sure that every maintenance request you put in is taken care of same day! I look forward to the rest of my time living here!

Stop Your Search! They Make it Easy!

The team at Montclair Parc was so helpful. The whole application process was completed from home on their website and I was approved in minutes. Sure there is some ID verification required, but that is just a couple extra steps to ensure I was who I said I was (which I am thankful for considering they hadn't ever met me). After talking with the girls in the office, they were able to help me find the exact apartment that I was looking for. They have lots of floor plans and options, but they took… the time to see what would best fit my needs. I am really thankful for the service they provided and I encourage anyone looking for a new home to give them a chance to knock your socks off, like they did for me! Best of luck to anyone looking.
