Do Not Rent Here
I would strongly advise potential tenants to be aware of ongoing heating and cooling issues at this property before committing to a lease. Since moving in, I've had to submit nearly 10 work orders regarding the lack of proper air conditioning and heating in my apartment. Despite this, the issue has not been resolved, and there has been no clear explanation regarding the steps being taken to fix it.
Over the past month, maintenance has visited my apartment six times, but no lasting solution has... been provided. To make matters worse, I’ve been left frustrated by the indifference of the maintenance staff, who seems unconcerned about the situation.
If you're considering living here, be sure to keep this in mind. It seems that proper attention is not given to tenant complaints, and the lack of professionalism from the maintenance staff only adds to the frustration.
If you're looking for a place with responsive management and reliable facilities, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Awesome place and amazing staff!
I have lived here for about a year now and I love it! The staff in the office are always so nice and friendly and really care about the people that live here. I recommend!!!!!!!

Amazing Property!
I've lived at this property for a little over 6 months, and I am absolutely in love. (Other then living on the third floor lol) I love the layout of my apartment and the feel of the community. It is quiet and serene during the day and at night. It is close to everything I need and it makes life so much easier. The office staff is amazing and always answers my questions quickly and professionally. And the maintenance staff, top tier! I will be staying here as long as possible.
