Remington Apartments

I might be updating this later but I’ve lived here 1 year (half a year left on my lease I wish so badly we hadn’t renewed but I didn’t have the funds to move out). The management here is so hard to get a hold of and talk to. They’re often rude and condescending and it’s just tiresome to have to constantly bother them to get an answer about anything.

we’ve gotten bed bugs TWICE here. They did a treatment the first time and they were gone for about 4 months but now they’re back and I can’t have… anyone over because I’m afraid of spreading them. It might be someone else in the building with a worse problem but the fact they haven’t checked for this is outrageous. Seriously, the place is cheap but for a good reason.

Also maintenance is not good at their job????? Like how did they get hired. Often they’ll come in and mess with stuff and then make you sign a paper saying they fixed it before you can even test it out. We had to have them replace our locks because they kept sticking and even then I had to go back and add screws myself because they forgot to screw everything in. Once the only toilet in our unit broke on a Saturday (not a plunger issue, we tried for hours) and I was told that I’d have to wait until Monday for it to be fixed. It took me calling back TWICE telling them it’s the only toilet in our unit before they were able to send anyone out (and the emergency maintenance lady was great actually bless her heart).

Anyways, we definitely will not be renewing, please consider all this well and throughout before you move here. Also get bedbug mattress covers bc I. Have to throw away my mattress after only 4 years and I’m not happy. Read More

Professionalism and integrity far beyond ones expectations

But neighbors don’t follow the rules and they have picnics outside of the building until 4am on weekends with loudspeakers tables omg I’m so disappointed i was planing to live here for a long time but now I just want my lease to expire don’t take me wrong this apartment are great so big lots of space
