NEW TENANT..

Was out apartment hunting and Verde Vista was third on my list. The apartment square footage was 75-100 square feet BIGGER.. and the rent was the most reasonable out of the three. Spacious living units and I got a swimming pool..I love this place..

Poor upkeep

Apartments are not properly maintained. Long term tenant receives very slow response to maintnence problems.

Awesome Staff--Nice/Spacious Apartment--Great Rate!!! This was the last apartment I viewed; wasn't gonna go, but sure glad I did.

As an adult student, it's been a struggle to keep things on track. So this was the perfect time to look for an apartment that will decrease my housing costs. Also,important to me were cleanliness & upkeep of the property, positive attitude toward tenant concerns, location, pet policy, and the authentic friendliness of staff. After looking at multiple apartments in this price bracket, I became discouraged with the offerings that I came across; am I to be subjected to living in a run-down,… eye-sore of an apartment, whose location makes you cringe upon approach? Can I not have all that I was looking for? Yes I could, and I found all that in Verde Vista Apartments. My apartment is great; nice and clean, actually better than where I was living and paying more. THE STAFF IS GREAT!!! Just what I was looking for after the horrible experience I had with the property management staff at my former place, following its sale to an out-of-state company. Give it look... you'll be glad you did.
