A horrible place to live

I don’t know where these other reviewers lived but I wouldn’t recommended living here to anyone. I lived here for 2 years. The leasing staff is rude and won’t answer the phone, appliances take weeks to be fixed, the neighborhood is loud and people smoke indoors with no repercussion. My a/c was broken for a week with 90+ degree heat before they even called a specialist to come out and fix it. The buildings are literally falling apart and cracking and there is no security whatsoever. The outdoor… entrance doors are broken so anyone can come in. There aren’t even cameras on some floors. Not a great place and $$$ for what it is

Excellent property

I’ve lived here for three years now and it’s my favorite apartment. The location is perfect being so close to downtown OKC and Bricktown but you don’t get the traffic and noise of the city. The residents are quiet and very nice too. The property is clean and well maintained. The buildings are still new so they hold up in the inclement weather nicely. All around a great place to live!

Loved these apartments

I lived at these apartments for 2 years and it was a great place to live. Never had any issues with anything and staff is friendly and timely. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to live in the OKC area!!

Great Apartment

Mae is excellent and set me up with a great apartment. She's easy to communicate with and has been nothing but professional and responsive to all of my questions throughout the application process. The apartments are wonderful and make great use of the square footage. A location that's so close to HSC truly cannot be beaten.
