Vines at Adams

This is hands down the worst place I have ever lived. I have never met another tenant who is actually happy to live here. I've had mice and roaches. There isn't properly working AC or hot water, and the apartment was absolutely filthy upon moving in. Everything was poorly painted over. The pest control is next to useless, as well as the maintenance team.

I put in work orders for my AC and hot water heater, which took a week and a half to get a reply, and the best answer I received was "that's… kind of how it is." The inside temperature has been consistently in the 80s, with the AC on low as it will go, and it's hit or miss on whether I will have a hot shower or not.

There are soft spots all over the floors and very obvious signs of water damage and possibly mold as well. It appears that any issue they have had in the past just received multiple coats of poorly applied paint. The carpet is also covered with spots of paint from the poor quality of work that was done.

The facilities around the complex are also god awful. I wouldn't let my worst enemy touch the water in the pool. The laundry facility is a horrendous sight. I have been in once and the machines were all filthy, as well as an enormous amount of filth and standing water on the floor. I have also noticed broken glass in the grass (which must be great for the dogs and children in the area).

These apartments are better off left empty because they are a complete health and safety hazard to all who enter. I would give negative stars if at all possible. Read More

This property should not call themselves luxury apartments in their voicemail. Luxury apartments would not just tell you "We have a drop box" and be unsympathetic when you're trying to discuss why they charged you over 1000$ in early termination fees when you have had no prior conversations about terminating a lease early. Maintenance men are nice though :)
