Sandpiper Apartments

My family and I have lived here since June of '16 in a three bedroom, two bath and we love it! Worried about noisy neighbors, loud music, annoying cars? Not here! I live upstairs and I can't hear my neighbors next to me and my neighbors below us cannot hear us which is a miracle seeing as how we have a toddler! The apartments have a LOT of storage and space, we have three extra closets in the hall, a pantry and another closet in the dinning room, the kitchen is spacious with tons of cabinet… space, a dishwasher that works better then any I've ever had and a garbage disposal! The staff here is amazing and super friendly! The manager always make sure that any complaints you might have are taken care of promptly by the maintenance who are always respectful and get things done in a timely manner. I had my bathroom flooded once due to something coming undone and the downstairs neighbors called at 3am and he came over quickly to resolve the issue! If I can complain about anything it's simply that they need some updates, the playground could be a little more child friendly, there could be a little more lighting in the walkways of the apartments, the A/C units could use some updates due to the stress that is caused from our notorious Oklahoma summers, and finally the outsides of the apartments could use some TLC but please, come by and see these amazing, roomy apartments!
