Pool, vile green. Domestic violence yelling. Not safe Not well upkeep

Stay far away from this hell . Roaches, bed bugs and more. Vagrants going through the bins, strangers tapping on windows they don't care

Life happens

I want to say on the transition.. things happen, life happens, can’t control some areas, and you can control another. So the move in process was long, if we’re basing it off the first sentence. Now I would say, the office could be better at making sure they know what they’re doing. We all have to learn in life, but because of it the paper work process was dreadfully long.

Misleading listing, poorly run

The listing on this site claims that a 3 bedroom has a fireplace, security system, and garbage disposal. There are none of these. The last review mentions how great Robert the maintenance guy is. He is great. He's also gone, they've been operating without any maintenance team for a while now. Don't expect anything to get fixed. We also get a newsletter every month reminding us that our children can't play outside and that we can't have decorations in our windows. Lots of fun. In our most recent… newsletter we were informed that lease renewals haven't been getting processed correctly since February.
They are fairly cheap though.

Verified Renter

Haven't lived in Garland Square a complete year yet. I really do not have much in the of complaints and hope it continues. The Manager Breanna and Maintence Robert have been great. I see more of Robert around the grounds and in my apartment and I will tell you he is a very very hard worker, and is always professional! Robert is a gem, the type of person I would want to keep if I ran the apartments. Breanna is also very professional and always seems to find a smile when ever I approach her.

I am moving after five years!

My apartment was declared condemned by the City of Norman and instead of my Office manager offering another place to put my brand new furniture she told me I had to give her a notice or I have to buy out my lease!! Talk about lack of empathy!! My apartment is inhabitable but I am getting no help from the owners!! I had to rent a hotel and am renting a uhaul to put my furniture in a dry place!!! I am glad to be moving!!! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!!!
