Paladin Apartments Are AWFUL
They’re not attentive. In the year I lived there, they never changed the air filter, never came and replaced a special bulb in our bathroom, the apartment above me leaked into my hot water tank closet and got all over the electrical box inside and made the apartment inhabitable for 6 months, however unbeknownst to me I had to call maintenance 6x because of the AC and after they finally responded a week later, turns out it was because of the electrical panel that had a hole through the electrical... switches.

You get what you pay for
The neighbors are always smoking weed and it stinks horribly when I come home. The walls are thin too so you can hear them argue all the time. For the price, the space is otherwise decent.

paladin apartments
generally well kept, maintenaince guys work great. too much partying and drug activity around. renters arent screened very well. management slow to confront problems. security lazy
