Lived here a year and half and I have never seen a pest control company on the property

Let me start out by saying this used to be a wonderful place to live. Management actually cared about their tenants and the rent was affordable. Since going under new management in February of 2023 this complex has been on a steady decline. The new company raised rent and forced you to sign a new lease whether you were still in a current 12 month lease or month to month like myself. You could either sign a new 12 month lease with them raising the rent 40/month or if you wanted to stay month to... month they require you to pay an additional $100 fee. To top it all off, my a/c unit outside stopped running on Saturday. Mind you I had already made a previous maintenance request due to the unit being damaged in the recent tornado that hit Shawnee. The people they had come out to fix the problem did a sub par job of fixing it and now here we are without a/c and it’s 75 degrees in the home. I could not make contact with anyone at the office during their posted business hours today, which is Monday, and upon calling their phone number I originally get a notification that I can’t leave a message because their mailbox is full. I was finally able to talk to someone via the ring doorbell at the office and they tell me that they won’t have anyone out until the morning because that’s when the company can get to it. Parking is so limited. On our side in between two buildings, you have to either park along the picket fence or in the First National Bank parking lot. Which hopefully it never gets towed. Visitors never park along the white picket fence but in everyone else’s spot. Plus the fire station is right next to us. So be prepare for many sleepless nights.
