Westbrook Place

Such a quiet area! The staff is so kind and the maintenance team is very efficient and timely. The apartments are really cute too. Big kitchen, which is honestly surprising. 10/10 would recommend!

I don’t know how they managed to cultivate the rating they have on here, but they are awful. The apartment walls are so thin I could hear my downstairs neighbors having a conversation. They literally kept my deposit without sending me an itemized bill stating they sent it: somehow I still don’t have one. The management sucks. Lindsay is just rude and I’ve walked into the office on numerous occasions when she was gossiping to the carpet cleaners about the residents. Her and her office staff leave… crappy little notes in the laundry mat about how to correctly load laundry. Apparently, they are having issues with people filling it up too high. I wonder why when it costs $3 to wash and dry one load of laundry. It frequently cost me almost $40 to do all of my laundry. My A/C went out and it was not fixed for almost a month, then my washing machine went out. I am so much happier renting a house and keeping away from the apartments in Stillwater that take advantage of being in a college town with young adult residents. Read More

When I first came across Westbrook Place, I was looking for something affordable, but also up to some basic expectations of quality and friendly hospitality. And wow, did Westbrook Place meet my needs. Westbrook Place is extremely affordable compared to other options you will see in Stillwater without having to sacrifice great amenities like a swimming pool, gym, and great parking. The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. im a student about to graduate OSU and i live here with a roommate and my dog. westbrook place is a pretty nice place to live, we love to use the dog park and the pool when it's open. they do a really good job at cleaning up around the property, and all of my neighbors are really friendly plus they do a lot of community events to keep everybody involved. rent is pretty cheap compared to everywhere else around town, i would be renewing my lease if I weren't moving out of state at the end of the… semester Read More
