Great place to live

The management of the complex is the best. Any issue that comes up no matter if its maintenance issue or something having to do with another tenant it gets taken care of. the office staff is easy to talk to. the grounds are being taken care of with modernizations being done. The gm is getting new equipment added. The pool area is being kept clean and is not as out of hand as it has been in the past. I would highly recommend renting from Metroplex.

My First Pick is Metroplex Apartments

I have rented apartments and houses in many places on the East Coast and the Midwest. Being a single female, safety is my top priority. I love the fact that the front door is inside the building. I never saw any roaches or mice in my apartment. What I love the most about the complex is the culture and families who live there. I watched kids play soccer. Many would ride their bikes and scooters around the apartment building. I never felt unsafe at this complex.

The office staff Crystal… and Veronica were always helpful when I had any questions. If you drop by on Fridays, you can pick up a bag of popcorn. If I had anything that needed fixed the process was simple. Tyrone and Brandon would show up the same day or the next with a smile on their face eager to fix what I reported.

If I ever needed to move back to Tulsa, the Metroplex would be my first pick. I really miss the staff at this complex. I wish them the best.

A place I call HOME

I moved here back in Feb-22-2023
and I can say it was the best decision.
Admin Veronica and Crystal also the Maintenance workers are AMAZING and Diligent. Green areas and Buildings Structures are well taken care of. I can say I haven't seen any Trash in the surrounding areas. Extremely quiet place, Pool and Gym areas are extremely clean.
They treat you with respect and Help you as much as they can, It is not like other apartment complexes in which you are just an apartment number. I… recommend if you are looking for a place that you can be safe and at PEACE this is the perfect place for you to call HOME.
I'm extremely pleased and satisfied with this Apartment Complex!

Highly Recommend

Absolutely loved it here. The management is amazing. They are very friendly and helpful. The main reason I picked this place was due to the location and covered parking but after living here, there is so much more to like. I would stay here a long time if I was not relocating due to work. I have not had a single issue with my apartment, never seen bugs or mice. It is a very clean and well-kept apartment complex. Also, never had an issue with neighbors or noise. Would highly recommend

I’ve been here for 2 1/2 years and love it! The complex is well kept, maintenance is always on point and the ladies in the office are fantastic!????
