RUN do not even waste your application money!

1st if you expect any staff to care about issues this is not the place for anyone to live! ROACHES! No HOT water! And did you think they had d a pool well they don’t or at least unless you want to swim in green algae water! Workout room has been under maintenance for months…. If you have read this far need I say RUN!

Silver Creek Sucks

Terrible service. I mean walking in the new apartment had marijuana odor, faucet didnt work on sink in kitchen bathroom shower faucet was popped off, they didnt even clean it good they had dead cockroaches in the drawers, it looked dirty every where, they painted over tile (Who paints over tile instead of replacing it?) and the bedroom doesnt have a light in it like what? And its true they neverr answer their phones

Great!!

The lady's in the office were very helpful when I went to ask information about the apartments. Once walking through the doors I felt very welcomed. They did not have apartments available on or near my move in date.

Horrible!

The new management company is horrendous! Been without AC, hot water, been flooded, and so many other things too long to list! They can't keep maintenance men. Moving as soon as I can!

Terrible

I had no air this whole summer….went and bought a window unit but it didn’t do much. They failed to fix the fact that my ac was set to 50 yet the inside temp was still 94
