Unprofessional Management
I had a very disappointing experience with Nicole at StoneHaven Villas in Tulsa. I scheduled an apartment tour for 11:00 AM and drove 2 hours for the appointment, arriving a few minutes early. When I arrived, there was no warm welcome or sense of professionalism — I was simply told to sit and wait in the lobby.
After several minutes, Nicole came out and informed me she would not be able to show the apartment because a resident was stopping by, but she could write down the fees for me instead.... Unfortunately, fee information is already available online, and I specifically made the trip to physically see the apartment before making a leasing decision.
I politely explained that I only needed 5 minutes to view the unit, but she stated she could not accommodate that because she had a resident coming in and takes lunch at 12. Considering the inconvenience of driving 2 hours for a scheduled appointment, I found the lack of urgency and flexibility extremely unprofessional. A simple solution could have been adjusting lunch by a few minutes to honor the appointment that was already scheduled.
This experience left a very poor impression. If future residents are not prioritized during the leasing process, it raises concerns about how current residents are treated as well. Based on this interaction, I will not be leasing here.
