I have lived here for two months now and it has been the worst experience. I have had a water leak since moving in and it’s still not fixed. My washer has been broken since moving in. It was supposed to be brand new when I moved in. Im so over it all.

I Love my apartment its right next to the office and pool. Quite area not a lot of noise and Friendly Neighbors. Things I need are in walking distance and the staff here is professional and friendly.

I've only lived here about a month but so far the place is very nice, clean and quiet! I haven't seen 1 single bug (cockroach, bed bug spider, etc.) My vehicle hasn't been broken into or bothered once and overall it seems rather quiet aside from the children playing @ the pool. Only real negative thing I've experienced thus far is the lack of information I was provided when I got my keys (location of mailboxes, rent/water due date etc) maybe this was because I got the apartment thru someone... subletting it idk. Overall, so far, so good!
