Even though this is the first apartment I have lived in I can confidently say it is likely one of the worst you'll find in the Tulsa area. I lived here from August 2024 to August 2025, and boy was I counting down the days. From day one up to the very last day of living here I had free loaders in my apartment, we're talking creepy crawly roaches. Every morning, I could expect to see at least one or two in the bathroom or kitchen. I began to keep a log to gauge how bad of an infestation it was and... just from what I recorded the first month I saw at least 122 cockroaches, plus a couple of silverfish. DISGUSTING! We had them spraying every week for bugs and it did nothing but bring more. Not to mention the outside of the building is falling apart, leaving holes for birds to nest in and easy access for critters. It is a pig with lipstick, go see for yourself! Other than the cockroaches we occasionally had to put in a maintenance request to fix the same leak in our A/C unit pipes and a few other things which was annoying, but I will say the maintenance team was quick to respond to almost all of our work orders. Additional to having a responsive maintenance crew I will say the office staff also deserve a shout out especially Natalie. She was very sweet and helpful, and I thought they did a really good job hosting fun events for the holidays. Therefore, thanks to the responsive and friendly staff, I’m giving Union Point a slightly higher rating of 2 stars instead of just 1.
