3 bedroom we originally moved in had mold so after 4 months of living there with mold we had to move. They moved us to a smaller 2 bedroom. Manager said she would fix the balcony due to it being unsafe to even walk on (her words) but never fixed anything. Poor drainage and the master toilet made a knocking sound which they didn't fix after I reported it. Paint falling off 2nd bathroom ceiling they never fixed after they were notified. Paint falling off the ceiling in the garage as well. ... Not enough parking and lots of pine needles in gutters they don't clean out. They aren't in the best shape. There is no insulation so be prepared for very high electric bills. There are tons of wasps & spiders. There are no screens on the windows so you can't open a window for fear of bugs flying in. The website says Manager lives onsite which is incorrect. They charged me for a months rent after I had already moved & damages but never sent me a bill or itemized list of the damages. No mention of my deposit either. They just sent it to a collection company to collect. You can find something nicer for the price they want for this place.
