Excellent
I’ve been living here for a little while now and it’s really grown on me. The apartment is bright and well-done, and I love having an outdoor pool in the summer. Everything is close! No complaints at all.

Nice!
I’ve really noticed a big change at 7110 Darcel Ave recently. The building feels brighter and more cared for, and the staff are so much more attentive now. It’s nice to see management actually listening and making real improvements

Excellent
overall it’s a decent place if you’re looking for something affordable and conveniently located. The neighbourhood is quiet for the most part, and it’s close to schools, parks, and bus routes, which makes getting around pretty easy.

Good location, good apartment
Good location, easy access to transit and shops. The apartment is comfortable, and maintenance usually fixes things fast. Street noise can be a little noticeable (to be expected in any city building), so overall it’s fine.
