I submitted a request for info weeks ago. Received a text message about what my needs were, which I responded to, with my needs and never got a text back at all. Proceeded to go to the property in person the following day. Called from the main lobby over the buzzer panel to the office. Not one person came out to greet us, furthermore they advised us they had no availability and nothing to show. Even in the event you have nothing to show, you should always greet your prospects in person, and at... most offer them layouts and any marketing item for them, for future or the even something becomes available. Such a horrible customer experience this was. Needless to say we will look elsewhere.
