The fully stocked kitchen includes a stove, Keurig, blender, toaster, and Instant Pot, with pantry staples like olive oil, salt, and pepper provided. Enjoy the outdoor barbecue for patio dining. The outside set-up includes an egg chair with lake views, a private deck with a hot tub, a patio table, an umbrella and chairs for al fresco dining, a fire pit with seating, a swing, and outdoor games. Beach chairs, toys, and floaties are provided.
A pack-n-play can be provided for an additional fee of $150, subject to location and availability.

Being in the countryside means you’ll be close to farm fields and forests, so expect nature. In spring, harmless gnats can swarm if lights are on and doors/windows are open, so keep them shut. Mosquitoes, flies, and other bugs are common in warmer months, so bring repellent. There are 3 exterior cameras: front door, side of house, and backyard. These are mainly used when the property is vacant or during weather events.
