Work orders are not completed or out right ignored. NO on site resident mgr! Very loud tenants & constant barking dogs. Smelly common areas & tenants leave food in lobby attracting vermin. Management prefers to be liked instead of respected, so tenants don't follow the rules. Heat wasn't turned on til late late Fall. Constant request for above guideline rent increases & building has no amenities. Rent, parking & laundry are over priced.

not a good place
they control the heat at head office and wont turn it on even when it is super cold. even when other cities are required to turn it on bylaw we still freeze. they increase the rent 2 times a year every year. once normal increase and once through agi. they are super cheap always raising laundry costs. Plumbing is so loud it will wake you up every time someone uses water. management is super unreliable. the list goes on and on but if your dumb enough to rent here that's on you.
