The minimum age for booking is 25 years. For reservations with 7 nights or more it is possible to check-in from the age of 18. According to the condo rules, information about guests must be provided to the condo management prior to their arrival, including every guest's name, ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers (if parking is required). Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given are not allowed into the building. If smoking occurs inside, there is damage to the unit, or other house rules are violated, the $200 deposit will not be refunded. The front door will be checked for the number of guests as well as the noise level to avoid any type of parties.
