It's an excellent apartment building close to all amenities.
Clean and affordable apartments. Updated most facilities and management are very accommodating to tenants. They are concern and available to the concerns of the tenants. Maintenance of the building are always to keep up to maintain the building in good shape and rent is in compliance with the rental control. Parking underground are well maintained and safe from outside conflict. Elevators sometimes not working properly but they're... given proper repair immediately. Smoke detectors are well maintained. Water supply are good and clean even hot and cold water are reliable to be available anytime everytime. Cleaning of each floors must still need improvements perhaps they need more workers. Need to improve the external make up. The building needs exterior nice paint to compete with the growing number of condos around the area. The facade in Tyndall ave must improve and also the back at Dufferin st.
The management are so good to provide notices of their plans and projects of what they'll be doing to improve the condition and upgrade of the building. The request and concerns of safety and comfort of tenants are being look after by the management as soon as they can. The suites are almost occupied because the building is attractive and well maintained for the occupants. We expect that Maddox
will do more and continue to improve the living conditions of the tenants of 135 Tyndall Ave Toronto by providing us a clean and safe building. Congratulations to Maddox for a nice well maintained apartment building in Toronto.
