The building is so run down, very noisy, the property manager doesn’t respond to emails. The Superintendents are wonderful at 140 but they can only do so much.

Poorly Managed
Totally agree with Jan 15 review. First, the Property Manager responsible for these buildings has let them fall into a poor-quality place to live. He does very little to help resolve tenant issues and does not seem to support the building managers who (along with residents), are left to deal with multiple issues on their own. Far too many children (often 30 or more playing outside from 4pm to 11:30pm or later in nice weather). Constant screaming and no adult supervision. I no longer use my... balcony due to the noise...I wear earbuds or earplugs most of the time now when at home or close windows which doesn't help much with noise. Basically, kids run the place. Playing in the parking lots, lobbies, garage and hallways/stairwells as well as individual units where they live. The grounds are trampled (don't believe the pictures...these have not been updated in years - no trees or hedges in front of buildings, no nice lawn...mostly weeds after a botched garage repair). The pool is swarming with children swimming in street clothes all summer. Good luck if any of us adults get a chance to use it (though truth be told, I wouldn't any longer). Garbage/recycling is often a mess due to people who don't follow rules. We even get people placing (sometimes opened) perishable food and bags of clothing in lobbies as if we are a goodwill. Dog park (as with rest of lawn has not been properly leveled and drainage is poor (again after garage repairs). The dog park is a swampy mess much of the time. Used to be a nice quiet place to live, with mostly older adults, but has changed significantly in the past 3 to 4 years. Don't waste your money here. Not well-managed or well-maintained (constant hot water issues, poor heating and cooling units, and constant elevator breakdowns). Embarrassedto have friends over for a visit. Definitely not what it once was. Which is so sad, as it used to be quite nice.

Moldy, dirty and noisy!
I am a resident at 130 Lincoln, and I strongly advise against considering 130 and 140 Lincoln Rd as a place to live. In the spring and summer, the noise levels are unbearable, with unsupervised children playing until 11:30 PM, causing constant disturbances. The property is dirty, moldy, and unsafe, with minimal attention to maintenance. In the fall and winter, mold grows on the roof and around the windows, and even in January and February, droplets can be seen dripping from the ceiling due to... excessive humidity. The air conditioning and heating systems are outdated, ineffective at managing humidity, and not energy-efficient, forcing you to pay extra for hydro. The management demonstrates a complete lack of responsibility, and the living conditions fall far below even the most basic standards. The rent is overpriced for the deplorable quality of living. Noisy, dirty, moldy, unsafe, and with no accountability - this place fails on every level. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
