Lindenwood Apartments

It's getting better and better here. Management is more professional than in the past. Minus one star for recent construction but will eventually make the place nicer. Close to school and you can pay your rent online, even with a credit cards.

I had a cozy little studio close to everything. Away from crazy family. Now I'm moving somewhere more expensive and I have to drive everywhere :( Pleasant experience here overall and can't complain.

When I moved in the old manager used to try her best to match quad people up the best she could. They worked hard to keep it nice and worked hard for a sense of community. What I paid for my quad was very fair. Fast forward a few years and the owners who live in California come by and fire the old managers. They hired a new lady who is almost never in her office. Have a package but work a 8-5 job mostly well then unless you are willing to wait for the maintenance person (new maintenance guy is... nice) to get there at 9:30 pm or later you can get a package or wait till Sunday. They don't even try to match people up they toss people where they land now. And I have to say my quad mates are trash. Extremely loud and messy no respect. Used to be great neighbors as the management was good at their job but it's now a cattle car of toss it where it lands.

CASE AND POINT if you want a place to sleep and go to school AWESOME. if you want community, respect, decency look else where. Now maybe it could be the new manager is good at getting more money and this is how she's done it jobs past. Or maybe she is new. Either way things used to be good if you had only followed basic being respectful rules. Inside is nice and small good views and quiet neighbors...like this apartment!! Would luv free rent for life!!
