Pet deposit
Don't expect to get it back. They will make something up in order to keep it.
Sometimes they were good on fixing things, other times you have to hound them for months.

HELL HOLE!
This is an actuall hell hole, and we should have known from the stories we heard about "past management". We have found needles in the park structure, in front of our homes and throught the estate. Sewage regularly backs into our bathroom including the shower and toilet. Rent increase every year since move in, and that nice pool in the picture has been open maybe 5 times total in the last 5 years. They can change their name everyweek but it doesnt make up for the fact management sucks,... maintenance sucks and they shouldball feel shamefull for the way they treat their tennants.

NAME CHANGE
JUST BECAUSE THE CHANGES DOESN'T MEAN YOU ARE ANY BETTER AT A PLACE TO LIVE. HOW MANY TIMES ARE YOU GOING TO CHANGE YOUR NAMES? YOU WILL ALWAYS BE CASA VILLA. A PLACE OF HORROR, MURDER, AND A RIP OFF TO LIVE IN. YOU HAVE NOT GOTTEN ANY BETTER IN TREATMENT OF YOUR TENANTS OR YOUR PRICES. DON'T REALLY EXPECT GREAT CARE OF UNITS OR PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE. YOU REALLY HAVE TO CARE.
GO BY AND SEE WHAT YOU DON'T GET THAT THEY SAY YOU DO GET. ASK PEOPLE WHO LIVE THERE WHAT THEY THINK. GOOD... LUCK. BETTER OFF SOMEWHERE ELSE.

None of this is true
We don't have a fitness center or spa or volleyball court playground needs to be repaird maintenance never fixes anything. People move in and out all the time they keep raising the rent and management is rude. Yes the places have big bedrooms but if you need anything fixed in your unit you can wait a week or two for maintenance to fix anything.
