How Is This Rating Determined?

7/8/20

Horrible

Dirty, disgusting, drug filled. I only lived here 3 months before I desperately moved out, I was burned on my cleaning deposit after I scrubbed years worth of grime out of the kitchen. Cockroaches, dog poop in the hallways, people smoking inside their apartments, tweakers knocking on my door. People tinkering and banging on cars all through the night outside my window. Worst place I ever lived!

Stay Away

Roach infested. Filthy hallways and common areas. Only two washers and one has had standing water in it for more than two months. There were several things wrong with my unit on move in. I requested repeatedly via email to have them fixed. Only a few minor issues were addressed. Best to use email to communicate with management so you have documentation. Management is not very responsive. I didn’t get to see the unit before moving in because there was always an excuse and also ended up in... a different unit because there was something wrong with the one I was supposed to take. Two weeks in to the lease, I was switched to month to month without notice..a breach of the lease on the owner’s part. And I’ve yet to receive a copy of the “rental agreement” since this.
