Includes a large, fenced backyard with patio and barbeque; and driveway parking space. Includes Wi-Fi and utilities.
Rent is $1100/month. First + Last months rent & $200 cleaning fee moves you in. The lease term is flexible, but I’m looking for someone who can stay at least 3 months. A refundable deposit equal to last month’s rent is required.
