not bad but not good

My family lived their for a couple years. Close to Schools, rec center, and grocery which was a big benefit. The managers that we had Kevin and Mary were always saying something about what we did wrong. They were always very negative. My children were afraid of them. Glad we moved, Godsend :)

Security Deposit Refund

I lived in Hite Landing Apartments for 3 years. I felt so comfortable and very safe because it was just my son and I. The grounds were always kept beautiful and when we had bad weather the managers Mary & Kevin were out making it safe for the tenants. Anytime I needed anything the managers were very accommodating and always had the repair done within a day or two. I ended up having to move and was a little nervous because I read all of these horror stories about how people didn't get their… security deposit back. Well people if you read your move out instructions and follow the move out check list there isn't any reason you should not get your security deposit back unless you did damage to the unit. I followed the list exactly as it stated and got 100% of my deposit back. A huge thank you to Mary & Kevin, you made my move out experience wonderful. I would highly recommend Hite Landing to anyone looking for a place to live.

Pay atention to the policies

My wife and I moved into this apartment complex about a month ago with our cats and not much else. The apartment manager is very nice and was able to meet with us on a day when the office is normally closed.

These apartments do not come with A/C, which is fairly normal for this area, but they also don't allow window A/C units. So, your only option is to buy a standing unit that vents out of the window through a tube, which are more expensive. Also, FYI, this apartment complex is smoke free,… which isn't a problem with us, but might be a deal breaker for some people.

Overall, we are satisfied so far, and the balcony storage and washer/drier included in the unit are great bonuses.
