Beware of new management!
There is a lot of miscommunication and confusion in new staff and/or new management. A simple repair request was not handled in the system and I had to call the office. MH did not hold the move-out elevator as promised, costing us almost another hour in moving costs. Two weeks after I turned the apartment keys in, MH called me asking where the keys were. Two months later, we still have some move-out utilities costs in dispute, as we've been dealing with two different statements and two different... people at MH property management and BILT/RentCafe Accounting. We were good tenants at MH, lived there almost five years, and until the management change we were very satisfied.
