Verified Renter

I don't love that management conducted a covert inspection of our apartments, presumably looking for unannounced animals, under the guise of inspecting the maintenance quality of our units.

I had several items to address but all that happened was two people entering into my apartment, one engaging me in brief polite (distracting) conversation while the wordlessly other snooped around my unit for about 30 seconds, then they both left without a word.

They do not care about the condition of the… apartment and do not trust their residents.

I don't love being lied to, simply put. Please do not do this in the future, as it is pretty disrespectful and insulting.

I have been here since February and I enjoy the apartment complex I've had no issues everything is perfectly peaceful well-tended to very nice neighborhood I give it five stars I give it $10 if there was but I get five stars

I am very happy with my decision to move to ReNew. It is overall a very quiet and peaceful community. The apts are well renovated and I love the open floor plan. All the work of moving is worth it.
