Ive never experienced situations like I have since living here. The lack of communication or ability to reach the office and maintainence staff is jaw dropping. There is no phone number or email that reaches a live person. Emails, go to a bot and phone numbers. Go to an automated system that hangs up on you. Even when calling maintenance for an emergency situation. Their system for billing utilities, it is even worse.They'll send you the bill with no way to pay, no link to pay and no... information of where to pay or how to pay. I moved in in May. It's now January of the next year. And I still have yet to receive blinds that were ordered to replace pre damage ones that i called out when I moved in. Out of four maintenance requests. I have performed two of them myself because I could not get somebody to come out successfully. Both being issue with leaking water that could not wait days or weeks for repair..

The apartments are okay. They are in a good area but out of date. Things break pretty easily. Close to a lot of stores and shops and good schools.

I’ve lived her a very long time and I love the neighborhood. Everything is within walking distance. The management company takes good care of the property and the tenants. No complaints could not be happier.
