The units are good. There was some upgrades done but they are minimal. The rent price is adequate for what is offered in the units since there is no amenities. The area is nice and mostly quiet, good schools around.

Overall I love the neighborhood the areas is close to a lot of stores for shopping and Parks where your kids can play in the it's very nice the apartments are very quiet neighbors almost robot like
