So happy we chose Murrayhill! We didn’t even want to have to move, but our old place was hiking the rent significantly and weren’t even addressing our maintenance issues that started AT MOVE IN.
This property has been incredible since day 1! And that’s not to say we didn’t run into a couple bumps, like our keys weren’t working when we tried to move in, but maintenance came and fixed it immediately and we told them there was no rush as we could get in through the garage still. But Management... and Maintenance took us extremely serious, and wanted to address the issue immediately, which is very impressive for such a large property!
The property itself is beautiful and well kept! Grass is always cut, weeds are always pulled, there are dog poo stations almost every 7 feet!
The bank we got for our buck with the amount of space we have in our unit, and the attached garage, is just unmatched in this crappy market! We are so happy with our decision. It’s been amazing so far, and we hope to stay here for the next few years! :)
