The main level includes 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a shared bathroom. The fully stocked kitchen includes a dining area that seats 6. Enjoy the cozy sunroom perfect for morning coffee or an afternoon read, and the living room with a wood-burning fireplace and access to both side and back decks. The upstairs master suite features a king-size bed, a private balcony overlooking the river, and an en-suite bathroom. If a noise complaint is called in by a neighbor after 10 pm, the Deschutes Count Sherriff will be notified, and you could be evicted from the property without a refund. Evidence of smoking will result in charges to pay for sanitizing, deodorizing, and cleaning the effected areas. Guest is responsible for any and all injuries and/or damages to person or property caused by any pet brought in, at, or around the property. Guest must clean and properly dispose of all pet excretions immediately upon discovery. All cars are to be parked in the driveway of your rented property unless specified. You may have 1 car per bedroom, no additional cars will be allowed without prior approval. Check-in is 5:00pm and check-out is at 11:00 am. Violation of any federal, state or county laws as well as policies stated in this agreement are grounds for immediate eviction without refund. Any violation of this contract results in a forfeit.
